Above, a mystery photo, a modern photo taken of a very old ship somewhere. A stern like the Vindi's.  Right the remains of the SS America on one of the Canary Islands, went aground when undertow from Greece to Phuket in Thailand to be a floating hotel in January  1993.

Our Mick Wilkinson did his first trip on this ship in 1948.   In July 1941 in a bombing raid on the ship, Reg Earnshaw became the war's youngest service casualty to be killed.

Car ships in the Port of Bristol.  On a little coaster we used to tie up next to the post office in the centre of town, wonder what they did with the Post Office.

Sometimes when out with the car you really need a mobile phone.
